Can I supress a group of donors in an email?

Options

We want to send an email to everyone except people who have donated on a certain form already, or within a certain time period. Is it possible to supress this group from an email? Can you distinguish people who have donated and who haven't within the context of an email?

Thanks!

  • Definitely! If you've already set things up to funnel donors into a specific group automatically, either by assigning a group to the donation campaign (Step 3. Specify Groups and Notifications -> Campaign Group) or within the form itself on the donation levels (Step 2. Configure Donation Levels), all you need to do is include said group in the Do Not Mail list for your email. If not, you'll need to run a donation report to identify the specific donors you wish to exclude, then import them back in to a group using the Group Assignment Upload.
