Event Registration Fees not Processing Correctly

We are hosted and running the latest NetCommunity version. Since the latest upgrade was applied, event registrations don't process correctly through to Raiser's Edge.

For example, an adult pays a fee for one adult and two children. Prior to the upgrade during the batch process the gift entry person could see the name of the Adult as well as the names of the Guest/Children registrants. From that window with a header of Pay Registration fees the gift processor can link the proper fee with the correct fee units (for ex. Adult, Child under 12). Now all I see is the person who paid for the tickets listed and the amount for that person that can be linked, but no guest names show below and there is no way to determine how to link the various fees (adult, children under 12, etc) to the person. My events person asked if I could send her copies of the acknowledgment email that goes out with the names and how much each was charged, but I cannot find a way to do that. I can see who the acknowledgment was sent to and when it was sent, but no content. 


Is anyone else experiencing this and have you figured out a workaround?
