Default Cotact Us Email

Does anyone know how I can change the default email address to where the Contact Us Form (Survey) is sent?  Or does anyone know if a separate Contact US form can be set-up with default emails that are notified for a different team.  What we're attempting to do is to set up a Contact Us form for our event folks apart from our General Contact Us.

  • The traditional solution is duplicating your General Contact Us survey to have Event Contact Us one and change the admin notification emails there.


    We came up with another solution with a Contact Us form that should route the notification to 8 different groups. We have a single survey that send notification to a master Contact Us email and then from this email settings, we configured 8 filters/forwarding rules based on the sender email address and the body containing specific words (Ex: Donations, Volunteering, Careers, etc...).
