AuctionMaestro Pro RE integration--anyone willing to share their experience

Hi--our new event manager desparately wants to leave GreaterGiving for AMP, saying that at her previous organization, there was no double entry--data flow seemlessly back and forth between RE and AMP.  I've not talked to anyone else who said that was true. For years, I've only heard that people resort to double entry because the information becomes corrupted too easily or because of dupes and the like. I'm trying to figure out if the problems are in the setup and/or user error.  If anyone has had great success (or failures) using the AMP RE connector, I'd love to hear from you.  Any response gratefully appreciated!!!

Hi Karen -- I actually work for Maestro, and you're right about the challenges that used to exist with the older version of the integration. Just this last year, we built our own integration with Raiser's Edge into AuctionMaestro Pro itself. It allows for back-and-forth transfers of your data whenever you want (daily, weekly, etc.)! It also looks like your org already owns AuctionMaestro Pro, and since it's a lifetime license, you only have to upgrade it instead of buying a new copy altogether.
