How hard would it be to migrate Luminate Online data (including Team Raisers) from one instance to another brand new Luminate Online?

I would contact your CSM about this. Unless they have some magic on the back end I think you're going to have a pretty tough time. Even just design stuff like PageWrappers and PageBuilder pages is going to be a lot of manual work. And donation forms and surveys and such? There isn't a way to export and import those designs. And if you are talking about consitiuents and participant data...I don't see how all that could be moved and still connect up, the data is cross referenced in so many ways.
