Emails not loading in mobile view OLX

When I send emails with a jpeg in OLX I can see it properly on my desktop, but on my phone the image does not appear. When I turn my phone to landscape, though, it appears.

Did you ever figure this out Shauna?  We are having all kinds of issues with images not coming through with OLX.  I'm trying to find some answers....  Thanks!

No! It's still happening...I've noticed it happens on my phone from other email programs as well (that I receive from other organizations), so maybe it's just me...
