Duplicate email - cannot locate

We are trying to enter an e-mail for a registered constituant however cannot save the record as it says the e-mail is already used by someone else - we have ran a few repors/queries trying to find which other constituant has the same e-mail however cannot locate it. Any idea's how to locate it?  Thanks, Dennis

  • Could it have been removed?  Sometimes I forget to unclick the box at the bottom to show those.
  • Alicia, if you are referring to the 'find consitutent' and entering the email address - we have tried it with both including and excluding inactive constituents - any other idea's?
  • Try searching by User Name with the e-mail in question.


    This was supposed to be fixed in an update to Luminate, but could still be an issue. I had this issue a while back too and that was what was happening.

    Holy cow I hate that Luminate uses the email address for the username. So later when constituent email addresses change and their username does not its mass confusion.


    / I already checked, we can't change that behavior without a customization.

    For some more reference on this. The bug number is/was: 68990.


    The "fix" was implemented in Lumiante Version 15.1.


    I would ask support about why this is happening on your instance.
