Do Not Email Groups showing 0 members

I've got a list of Do Not Email Groups and added them to our Welcome Series campaign. When I look at the tab 'Do not Email' the group count and active numbers show zeros or incorrect numbers. I've checked the Groups themselves and they have members in them. I'm just worried about people getting the Welcome Series when they shouldn't!

The bottom group for example has 300+ members, not 0!

Have you checked one of your Welcome Series deliveries to see if those groups are populated?
