Team name personalization within autoresponder for TR event

I want to customize the autoresponder "thank you" for a TeamRaiser event's donation form, using the team name. So, for example, if someone makes a donation to "Sally's TeamRaiser Team," I want the autoresponder to say "thanks for donating to Sally's TeamRasier Team" instead of just a generic "thanks for donating."

I assume this can be done, but I can't figure out how. There's no personalization options for TeamRaiser in the WYSIWYG. I know I can do it with a custom field on the donation form, but I shouldn't have to do that because the system knows which TR page/team they came from.

Can anyone help?
