Analyze not in Fundraising menu

We just got access to NXT today. I'm a supervisor, but Analyze doesn't appear in the Fundraising menu at all. Any idea why this isn't showing up for me?

  • My guesses: Analyze refreshes every few hours, so perhaps it doesn't start appearing until that refresh cycle has happened after NXT goes live.  Or, there could be a box that got left unchecked on Blackbaud's side.  Particularly since Analyze is still new, and has moved from it's own menu to be under Fundraising.


    I recommend opening the Help Menu, click the PopOut icon (square with an arrow up & right; immediately next to the Search Help box) to move Help to an independent window, then clicking on Chat at the bottom right of the Help Window.  Support should be able to help you quickly, or start investigating quickly if they don't already know what's up.

    It could also be that your database hasn't been crawled yet to provide the Analyze information.  Like previously mentioned, I would give it a day or so and see if it comes up.  Could also be a setting on the backend that wasn't addressed after you upgraded.

    I just found out that Actions refreshes in Analyze every six hours!!!
