Errors on online donation forms

All of our most used online donation forms on our website are returning Error Messages!  No one can donate!  What's happening that perhaps I am not aware of!!


Online General Donation      23 recent errors

Bed & Breakfast                     4 recent errors

Marketing Materials                2 recent errors

Memorials                               1 recent error


System.Collections.Generic.KeyNotFoundException: The given key was not present in the dictionary at System.throwhelperThrowKeyNotFound......it includes more information but not easy to get it to open

I contacted OLX support and received the following information:
10:55:30 [Andre Warnsley] Yes, I do apologize for the inconvenience but unfortunately at this time it seems like the OLX servers are down. Our engineers are currently evaluating/resolving the issue. Sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing!

10:56:04 [Lauri] Do you have an estimate on when this will be fixed?

10:56:31 [Andre Warnsley] Unfortunately, at this time I do not have a timeframe as to when it will be resolved, but they are working very diligently to fix the issue as soon as possible!
