Good evening.  We are a higher ed that has a TV PBS station that donations run through our Foundation.  They have contracted with ACD Direct Call Center to answer their phones during pledge drive.  We have Blackbaud Merchant Services for our credit card services.  We are trying to figure out getting this information into RE.  If anyone has used this call center vendor or another, what did you use to bridge?  or how do you get pledges, credit card information and processing into RE? 


Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!
