RE7.95 and MS Office 365

To preface, we are webhosted and have RE 7.95 and EE with NetCommunity.  Our school is literally dual platform with employees selecting the OS they most feel comfortable with for their work laptops (either Mac and PC), and we use both Dropbox and Google to share files.   However, we recently discovered that Google has not been updating files on a timely basis which has caused us problems when we try to get a mailing out quickly and the person that needs the latest verison of a file can't get it.  We have also noticed that some of our newer users cannot easily access the Dropbox because their rules and structure have changed, so I wanted to get a sense of the pros and cons of Office 365.  Have any of you used it and RE 7.95 and, if so, how has it worked out for you?
