What provider do you use for congressional district data append service?

My organization needs to get updated congressional district data for individual records, and in the past, we've use Blackbaud's congressional district data append service. What service providers for this data do others use? I'm being asked to see who else can give us this information, and what they charge. We typically need congressional district info on approx. 100,000 records. 


Relatedly, Blackbaud provides the specific congressional district that someone lives in (e.g. OH-03, CA-20), but does not include anything else, such as the name of each district's Representative and the two Senators. Ideally, we'd like these names in addition to simply the district ID.
