Donor Profile - one colleague gets an error message related to Crystal Reports

Hi folks - I've never used the Donor Profiles much, but we just printed some up for the college's president today. My boss could do it, I could do it, but the Development Officer gets an error message when she hits Preview.  The first time there was a long text about Crystal Reports, but I didn't read it carefully and it hasn't appeared since.  Is there something I should be doing in Admin or User Options to make these work for her? Thanks for any advice!

Check out KB48446; in our office this is the most common cause of CR errors.
