Analyze Last Updated 16 (!) Hours Ago

It was already frustrating, particularly in my role as DBA, to have to wait up to 6 hours for Analyze data to refresh.  Basically means that while reorganizing data in RE to be able to even use Analyze dashboards, I have to try something, wait until the next day (or log in from home), see if it worked, then try something else or start updating all data.  Now, I'm looking at a Dashboard that says "As of 16 hours ago" at the top.  That's really not helpful.  At all.


Also, I notice this little scroll bar at the top of every dashboard.  Anyone else see this?  Know what it means?  Anyone know the magic trick to managing to click on the Export Button at the top of a Dashboard?  It seems to disappear everytime I come close to it, and since I'm supposed to be working on setting things up so our fundraisers can actually start using Analyze (this is a huge project!), I know they need to be able to print/export, and are going to be frustrated by this little button.

Hey Jen! Thanks for the heads up on the lag in the refresh time. Hopefully you've seen it return to normal over the past few days! And we're actively looking at ways to ease getting Analyze data out of Raiser's Edge NXT.


As for that scroll bar, that's not something I've seen before. What browser are you using when you get that? Thanks!

I use Mozilla Firefox for everything work-related.  I hadn't seen that scroll bar before, and it's not there now (I just checked that same page).


Analyze now says "As of 3 hours ago" which is still not helpful if I'm trying to adjust something, but it's better than 16!


However, at this moment, I'm working on filing some paperwork scans as Gift Attachments.  Went to a Constituent Record and the Gifts Tile says "Updated 118 minutes ago"...which I always thought meant the Summary section at the top of the Tile.  However, the Gift I entered about an hour ago isn't showing up...which is one of the ones I need to attach paperwork to.  If it's because of that Summary piece, I'd rather have an option to turn that off and just see a full and up-to-date list of gift records.
