Pledge Status Report problem with new fiscal year

Is anyone else experiencing issues running a New Pledge Status Report once you moved to a new fiscal year? When we run it with all pledges made after 7/1/2015 and specific date range for gifts as 7/1/2016 to 9/30/2016 the report runs.  If we change the "include pledges made after" to read 7/1/2016, the report will not run.  Does anyone have any suggestions on if this is a bug or if we are supposed to do something for the next fiscal year?  Thanks!

  • I had the same problem.  I tried several times over 2 days and could never produce the report.  I assumed it was something on our side but now I question that.  We are not hosted by Blackbaud if that makes any difference.  I wish I had a resolution for you but look forward to other replies in case someone else found a work around.

  • I'm having the same problem running queries for mail segments when the last gift date range is within 2016. If I back date to December 2015, then the same query runs!  I've tried changing my 2016 start date -- no luck. I've called and chatted with RE customer service and no dice. They tell me that my queries are too complex, queries we've been running for a decade -- so I strip them down and they still don't work. We had to run data starting with a 2015 last gift date, delete those gifts, and then do most of our segmenting manually using excel.  For any 2016 giving reports, we've had to do similiar work arounds.
