RE and RP reporting

I really like the prospect research report in RP but in our organization we make it a general rule to use RE as our robust powerful data source.  My biggest obstacle is the personal research I do regarding lifestlye, children, interests and other pertinent information about my prospect.  I put that in the notes section of RE and don't want to have to double enter in RP.  I would like to see a similar canned report in RE that my MGO can get by push of a button.  I do not have NXT so I wasn't sure if that was offered with that software.

Thanks

  • Not sure about how much NXT has with RP (we don't use NXT yet)... but we are in the process of recreating our profile reports. We have a lot of notes, but we only want "cleaned up" notes to print out on our prospect reports. We hit upon the idea of creating a special "Profile Note". We then filter our export so that's the only note that comes out on our reports. Still "double-entering" some data into two sets of notes, but we're going to give it a try and see how it works.
