NetCommunity transaction constituent code

Does anyone know how to eliminate and/or modify this feature in NetCommunity?  I have searched the Tools menu, but cannot find it.  I am in the Registrations part of the module (if that clarifies things).  Below is a screen shot of the area I'm referring to:

You have to log in to your NetCommunity website. The feature is built in to each page as well as some parts, so if you want to change the constituent code specified for each page, you need to click to edit the page. Access the giving form portion of the page to edit this feature. On the Design tab you will find the section to choose which constituent code should be applied. To edit the constituent code when someone creates a profile, edit the Login page and the User Login Form. It will still be found on the Design tab here.
