Email Notification for Major Donors

Hi Everyone,


I hope someone can help me with this. 


We are currently set up so we receive an email notice of all donations more than $ 10. (donations@)


However I would also like to set up something similar for major donors, sending an email to a different email address for a different amount. It doesn't matter if the automated email also goes to the donations@ for major donors too, we'd just like to avoid the major donors team being innudated with the smaller donation amounts. 


Is this possible? 


If not I suppose we can set up some sort of email filtering system but wanted to find out if Luminate supported this first.

I don't think you can do this in the donation campaigns -- as you note, there is only one threshold amount that's available. But you could automate a weekly (or daily) report of all transactions over a particular amount and have this sent to your major gifts team.
