The wrong Campaign on a Donation Page - HELP!

Hi,


I have a donation page directing donations to our general/unsolicited campaign in LCRM from LO. I need them to go to a different campaign.


How do I edit my donation page to make this happen?

Hi Eleanor,


When looking at your list of donation forms in Luminate Online on the All Donations Tab, click the 'edit' link by the donation form for which you'd like to adjust the campaign. After clicking edit:

1. Go to step 6. Configure Cross References.
2. Click the blue link that says 'click here to configure this cross reference'.
3. Step 1, Luminate CRM Campaign, will allow you to search from all active campaigns you've created in LCRM. Once you find the one you like to tie to your donation form, click/select it from the list.
   1. If you need to create a new campaign in LCRM to sync to, click the Create CRM Object button. This will bring you into LCRM and you will be prompted to create a new campaign. Be sure to check the Active checkbox. Upon saving the campaign you will be redirected back to Luminate Online. You'll now be able to select the campaign you just created.
4. Step 2, Luminate CRM Designation, allows you to select a designation from LCRM as well, although this is not required.

I did all if that and refreshed and it's still going to the wrong campaign.

What now?

This page us already published. When I unpublished it and try this it still goes to the original and wrong campaign that was entered.

Hmm...do you know if you have any workflows set up in LCRM/Salesforce that might be moving donations to your general/unsolicited campaign despite how you have your cross reference set up?

I'm really not sure. How would I check that?

I should also note that changing the cross reference in Luminate Online will not change the campaign tied to the donations that have already been created in LCRM.


To find a list of Workflows in Salesforce:

1. Go to Setup:
   
2. In the Quickfind box on the left, search Workflow Rules and click the Workflow Rules link below Workflow & Approvals
   
3. If you see a page titled Understanding Workflow Rules, click the Continue button at the bottom of the page.
4. On the next page you will see a listing of all your Workflow Rules. Take a look at those that have Opportuntiy listed in the Object column of the list.
