Gift Summary in the Constituent Profile report - Total Committed

Options
I'm wondering if there is any way to control the total number that appears in the Gift Summary.  It looks like the <all> row showing Total Committed is the sum of what was Received and Paid.

In the Gift History, I've excluded all my 'pay' and write off gift types.  To make the same change for Gift Summary, I have to do it on the individual record.

So I've gone back to the record in question, View>Summaries>Gift Summary and removed the gift types.  Now, the Paid sits at $0, without those Gift Types.  I was hoping to have the Total Committed sum the Received and Pledged amounts (not Received and Paid).  Is this possible?

Thanks.

I just played with the settings myself.  It looks like it is a matter of consistency in choices.  Whatever you chose for the Gift History Section.  You cannot go into the individual record and not choose anything, you have to choose the same info.  So if you choose Pledge and any of the non pay- and did the same in Gift History you should come up with the total you are looking for, that is not inflated.
  • Could you get it to report Pledged and Received?  Even when adjusting the Pay Types, I couldn't get this combination to show in the right-most Total.  Just wondering.
