I am trying to login with my Luminate Online username and password on a new computer and getting denied. I can't go back to my old computer now so how can I get back on Luminate Online?

    If you are at a new location, Luminate wants to send you a confirmation code to the email tied to your account. The whole 2 part authentication thing.


    If you just can't recall your username or password, you can have another admin find your record and send a password reset email from the link near the top.


    EDIT: Support could do that for you too.
