Changing Envelope Size

We're looking to print on 6x9 envelopes through the mail function. However, 6x9 isn't an option in the drop-down. Does anyone know how to do this through Raiser's Edge?

If you have a little flexibility as to where address prints, you could try using the International C5 size.  It's the closest to 6x9 of the envelope options.


My other thought would be to use Export and create a BB Simple Word Merge Doc and pull in your address info.  You can set size of document to 6x9 and with adjusting margins get the address info exactly where you want it.

Thanks! I created a merge using word and then formatted the envelope size accordingly. The issue with that is training somone (over the phone since we're not in the same city) how to use a mail merge instead of their tride and true envelope process only
