Can the limit of 200 lists be raised or eliminated?

    Can the limit of 200 lists be raised or eliminated? 

    Or, short of this, can it be made easier (faster) to deactivate multiple lists?  Doing it one at a time is soooo slow and frustrating.  Can it be designed so we could select multiple lists and then delete them all with one click?  Gees, when things are running slowly, it takes forever to cull out a couple of dozen lists.
