Fradulent Attempts

Hi everyone.  We use Luminate Online plus a Drupal module for all of our donations and we are seeing about 1000-5000 attempts of fraud every week.  Thankfully these attempts don’t go through since our captcha has been enabled, however, we do get about 1000-5000 new customer records created because of this.  This makes it hard for donation processing and our other departments to comb through and find the correct constituents.  We are developing a honeypot solution, but this will probably only slow them down. Blocking IPs will also only create a slight hiccup, as they will just use different vpns.


Is anyone else experiencing this same issue? If so how did you fix it?

I would get on the horn with support and see what they can do with the fraud mgmt settings in Luminate. I'd be interested in what they say.
