Designer needs to access OLX to create new Enews Template

Our agency is updating our brand. The designer we are working with needs to access OLX to explore capabilities of designing a new Enew template. Is there a site that has access to OLX Email Marketing through Blackbaud? Thanks

Hi Debbie, Today, there is not a website available to access the email marketing piece in Online Express. Your designer would need to have access to your database. We are working hard to make this happen for the future!

We faced the same problem. In the end I have to give them access through Citrix. And then they didn't really do anything with it so I ended up playing about with it myself

Hi Debbie!

We, too, had that delima.  I created a specific security group within the database, so OLX is pretty much all the consultant can even view.  I let them do the design, and then I do any programming as it relates to database codes (funds, appeals, email lists, etc.).  Its not perfect, but it works and I don't stress about them having access to all of our donor data.  I would love the option to send them a link as well, though!
