Hi there, 


A couple of questions about unsubscribes. I know after you send an email you can see how many people unsubscribed, but is there a way to see how many people decided to keep receiving email but chose to unsubscribe from donation appeals? 


And is there a way to see on average how many folks unsubscribe when we send an email, across all emails we've sent?

If you run the unsubscribe details report, you will see some say "Unsubscribe from all" and some say "Changed email interests", so this would tell you who changed preferences but did not opt out completely. For the average, I would pull a message performance report and manually calculate it.
