Guest Facilities Manager (GFM)

Hello,


I am newer to this community and tried searching to see if anyone had questions or comments about GFM (Guest Facilities Manager). This is a reservation system that Blackbaud created-- somewhat unique to Ronald McDonald House clients. 


I figured I would start a thread to see if anyone wanted to chat about best practices if they are using GFM.
