Patch 3 Version 7.95

Has anyone had issues with Merges after upgrading to Patch 3 in Version 7.95 of RE? We upgraded last week, and had to upgrade to 7.95 due to our being integrated with Patron Edge (with patch 4) and Financial Edge. Now we cannot merge. We were warned about this by Top Tix, which indicated that Blackbaud was aware of the issue. When I contacted RE support I was told first that it was a Top Tix problem. In a later RE Support session I was told that the developers might be aware of this bug. Anyone else out there aware? Thanks.
