Hi Jesse and Karen,

You can add pictures and images to the thank you/confirmation email but the image has to live on a website. Rather than inserting a image you would copy and paste an image off the web. I do agree though and it would be nice to have in OLX to allow you to add images by inserting them to the thank you.

I noticed your response below. I have not managed to make this work. I have the images living on a website. All I ever see is the actual text of the URL when the Thank You goes out. 


I would love to see the actual text string you use to make this happen - and perhaps the type of image file and what kind of site it is hosted on. Can you post a screen shot or something? I understand the theory but can't get it to work in practice.
