Correcting erroneous honoree/NOK info

It happens more often than you might imagine but a lot of donors input incorrect name/address info when entering an honor/memorial gift.  They will then email or call with the correct information to ensure the notification card/letter we mail on their behalf is correct.  There doesn't seem to be any way for us to access this to correct it before generating a spreadsheet report (Transaction Report).  Is this possible?
