PC2 Enablement and header size

I am enabling PC2 for my spring events after a fabulous presentation at the Convio Summit. After all, who wouldn't want to put the fun back in fundraising!

First, I've noticed that PC2 does not seem to use the main page wrapper, and instead uses another. Is there a standard size I should use or are there any suggestions?

Any other notes on best practices in using the PC2 would be much appreciated.
