PageBuilder folders and files

I created a folder under root PageBuilder, and used "Move" button to move files from root folder into my sub-folder. Files moved, but also are showing in the root folder, is this by design?

I would like to manage files in their own folders and not see them in the root folder, is this possible?

Another, related question, when I am in my sub-folder and create a new file, it creates the file in root folder, not in my sub-folder. I can "Move" it to mine later, but this creates an extra step.
