Secondary Email

Options

Several related questions:

  1. Is it possible to pull a delivery (+opens, actions) report for secondary email addresses? We have records with 2 addresses on them, and we cc the secondary email so both parties (usually a household) will get the message without having to maintain separate records to track them.
  2. Can a secondary recipient opt-out of email? If so, how does that show on the record? Does it affect the primary recipient's op-in?
  3. Can a secondary recipient bounce out of delivery? Again, if so, how does that show on the record?
