Options

In Convio there are several pages that are created automatically when the site is first created.  Some you can edit completely, some you can edit some of, some you can only edit the wording of and only with support's help.

Pages you can edit completely

page_not_found

When a constituent tries to go to a URL for your site that is not functional, they will typically be directed to the page_not_found page.  That page is a PageBuilder page which you can edit as you would any PageBuilder page.

AdminHomePage

The AdminHomePage is the page that you see when you first log into the back end of your site.  That page is a PageBuilder page which can be edited as such.

ConsProfileUser

The ConsProfileUser page is the page constituents use to update their name, address, login information, etc. on your site.  This page can be modified somewhat by going to the "Setup" > "Standard Page Center".

ServiceCenter

The ServiceCenter page is the page where a constituent can update their sustaining gift for your site.  This is only available if you have sustaining gifts.  This page can be modified somewhat by going to "Fundraising" > "Service Center".

ConsInterestUser

This is the page that constituents use to update their interests.  The only control you have over this is which interests are listed.  You can make interests not appear on this page by putting those interests into the security category "Administrators only".

Pages you can't really edit

The following pages are not editable directly by admins in any way:

UserLogin - The page your constituents login from.

TellAFriend - The page where your constituents can send a link to your site to a friend to promote your site.

Opt out page - The page constituents see when they click on an opt-out link in an email.

The layout of these pages cannot be changed nor rearranged.  The only changes that can be made on these pages are wording changes.  Most of the wording on these pages can be changed by support.  If you would like the wording changed on one of these pages, submit a support ticket specifying exactly which wording you want changed and what you want it changed to.

Note

Across your site there are many times you will find where you cannot change the wording.  Much of this wording can be changed by support.  Some of it cannot.  To attempt to change such wording, submit a support ticket specifying exactly which wording you want changed and what you want it changed to.
