How do I run a transaction for a contact record in back-end of Convio?

3) click "Manage" next to the campaign that you would like to modify

4) click "edit" next to the form that you would like to use for these offline gifts

5) on the first step of editing a donation form you can change the "interaction mode" (there is a drop down menu where you can select to make the form available for both online/offline gifts)

6) click save after making that change

You now have a donation form ready for the next step


Then, you will now be able to log a gift against any contact record in Constituent360.

The steps to log a transaction from the Administrator tools is:

1) navigate to "Constituent360 --> Contacts"

2) search for the contact that you would like to add the transaction to (if the contact doesn't exist then use the links at the top of the constituent search to create a new contact record).

3) once you find the donor you would like to add the transaction to, click to edit that record

4) click on the "Transactions" tab at the top of their constituent profile

5) on that screen you should see an option for "Gift entry" -- you can choose the donation form in the drop down and then click go button to enter the transaction details.

6) click the process button at the bottom of the form and you should be all set
