Parameter from a Table in Crystal Reports

I am trying to add a parameter which uses the contents of a table to provide its options. After choosing a table in "Value Field" I click on Actions>Append All Database Values, but nothing happens!


We are hosted by RE.

Blackbaud support were able to duplicate the issue. The other option would be to use a dynamic parameter, but this is not available on the hosted environment. Does anyone know any workarounds for this?
