School Reunion Registration Forms

Has anyone used Online Express for Reunion Registration? I am finding that it is not possible to customize forms. 

If you have hosted registration for reunions through RE. I sure could use your advice.

I use the registration forms for reunions.  What type of customisation are you looking for in the forms?

I broke up our reunion by activity. For several classes we have the following

Lunch with the President- free 

Mass and Reception- free

Class Dinner - $$


We want to know what activities everyone is attending. I would like to be able to capture class year and Maiden Name. 

I did not use a registration form. I set up the event then created the form under the event creating  javascript for our website.

Sounds like there might be a better way. Could I look at your reunion registration form via a link?

Hi Regina, I set up reunion registrations using Online Express. I created an event registration form for each class (named Class of XXXX) so that takes care of knowing which class reunion they are signing up for, then added different options for each reunion (a Friday night event, a Saturday night event and a Sunday mass). I also was able to add Maiden Name as an unrequired field by making it a "Gift Attribute" (I used Gift Attribute rather than Participant Attribute because I liked the way it appears in the form better), then changed the name of it from Gift Attribute to Maiden Name in the Fine Tuning tab. This informaiton also comes through in the confirmation emails which is very helpful to our event manager and gift processor. Hope this helps! I have various pricing points and these are set up as individual pricing options in the event in Raisers Edge,  I have also created participant attributes for dietary requirements or wheelchair access requirements and then created event attributes for the various tours that we offer on the day.


Feel free to run through a registration chosing the Students pricing point which has no charge associated with it and see how it works and the response you get from the system.  Let me know if you do and i wil just delete it from my end.
