cannot edit narrative in actions anymore

Since Blackbaud upgraded the action screen a few weeks ago, I now cannot edit the summary information on the action. I have tried from a couple of different screens, but most frustrating is the action screens under my work center screen.


When I click on the ... button and choose edit action, I can only edit things like the type of the interaction, or date, not the text that I inputted.


Is this something that can be adjusted? You used to be able to before, but now we are getting a condensed version.

You now need to open the Action Record itself (either in the fly-out window or the full-screen record) and then you will see the Notes Tile.  All of the Notes for that particular Action will be on the Notes Tile and each can then be edited from there.  It's not terribly intuitive and you're not the first to ask, but that's how it is operating at present.

Agreed that this is a pain in the neck. (Jen, I discovered your answer while using it as well - just boy is that annoying.)
