Best practices for entering Asistant/Secretary data in RE

Hello - I was wondering where other organizations are putting information belonging to personal assistants/secretaries used to contact constituents in RE. We of course would like to address the personal assistant - they are people too! How best to organize this information and connect it with the constituent?

    I think the best way to do this would be through Relationships. 


    Under the Relationship tab of the constituent record you want to add a personal assistant to click New Individual Relationship.  Enter all their contact information (you can also link to a record if they are in RE as well, but not want to if you want to contact them via the organization they are part of).  There is already a relationshp type of Assistant you can use or you can set up special/additional relationship types via Config


    You can enter email/cell, etc. for this person in the right hand side of the relationship window


    Depending on how you need/want to use this information you can export it using the relationship type for the constituent
