Gift Notification: How to set it up

Answer:

Yes, for each donation campaign that is set up in Convio, the gift notifications are unique and separate.  To change the gift notifications for your EOY fundraising campaign or for any fundraising campaign... you can:


- Navigate to "Fundraising --> Donation Management"

- Next, click on the "edit" link next to the campaign that you would like to modify

- On the left hand side you'll see three steps in the process navigator, click on the third step called "Specify Groups and Notifications"

- On that screen, you'll want to check the box that says "Yes, gifts greater than or equal to the amount specified below are to be treated uniquely." 

- Once you've checked that box you will now see the options below to specify the "large gift amount" as well as the email address(es) that you would like for the notification to be sent to.

- make sure to save your work


That should get you all set with notifications on your campaign.  Update this post if we can expand further,
