Age Determination not functioning properly in NXT Analyze

Options
I was reviewing the "Appeals by age group" data and noticed we had a lot of constituents with undetermined ages. When I drilled in however, I found that there were some constituents that had a "fuzzy date", i.e. 11/1945, that we received from the AgeFinder via our NXT subscription. Are you working on a way for those ages to be counted in an age group instead of listed as undetermined? It skews the results and makes the fuzzy date hard to use in the aggregate. Thanks!

    Hey Ryan,

Thanks for the post! I have forwarded this on to the dev team that owns our Analyze dashboards and they are looking into it. It looks like you are the first to find this bug from what I can tell. Sorry for the inconvenience!

    Thanks,

  • No worries, just found it today! We just imported all these new birthdates that the AgeFinder found, and I was surprised to see so many still not have a birthday. Thank you!
