Through NXT, how do you get access to the Source Code or HTML?

Fortunately/Unfortunately, no. The way I unerstand it is that Online Express (and I assume this is what you're talking about, since RE NXT doesn't have an email function) was designed to be simple, for organizations that don't have knowledge/expereince with HTML. In our case, we happen to have a designer in our office who does know how to work with HTML, and he is continually frustrated that he cannot go into the source of emails in OLX to tweak little things, particularly as regards how things show up in different email clients. But overall, the design process in OLX really is pretty simple and intuitive, and other than niggling little things we usually don't have the desire to tweak the code.
