Post-campaign feedback

Hi,

We just completed our first online campaign and would like to get some feedback from our housefile about why they did or did not choose to participate. We'd like to learn what resonates with and motivates our current volunteers to action, i.e., register for a campaign, tell friends, give. Does anyone have suggestions on good questions to ask?
