Hi there. Is there a known issue with Crystal Reports/Custom Reports and 7.95 hosted? I am having trouble with passing parameters into the select records, but it seems to be broader than that. All works ok in Crystal itself, but not when the report is connected in Custom Reports, it seems to retrieve all records.

    Nancy, we are not hosted. In Crystal itself I can print subreports, but when it is connected in Custom reports I can only print the main report, subreports show as normal but cannot be printed. That happened after our update to 7.94. As of RE-support this is a known issue. Not sure if your problem is related.

    We are hosted.  I created some simple Crystal Reports a few years back.   They are in Custom Reports in RE and they pull only the information I requested for each of them.
