Otherwise when my donors wanted to donate they come up with this issue on the receipt link:

Hi...we're going to create a support case and will reach out to you directly about this. When our support analyst reaches out to you, they will ask if you would please send them an email with an attached copy of an acknowledgement email that contains a donation eReceipt URL. They might also ask to run a few tests with you as well.
