Issues with Crystal Reports in Hosting environment

Hi everyone,


We moved to hosting in April of 2016. We use over 100 custom crystal reports with Raiser's Edge, 50 reports run automatically via the Queue module.


Here are the issues we have with RE and Crystal reports in hosting and Blackbaud has not been able to resolve these issues yet:


1. The "Date modified" changes on the .RPT file when running a report from Raiser's Edge interface.


2. The "Save Data with Report" field changes (This field was unmarked before running the report, and marked after running the report).


3. The "Convert Database NULL Values to Default" checkbox changes to "unmarked" when running a report via the Queue module (The checkbox is marked before running the report).


4. The "Convert Other NULL Values to Default" checkbox changes to "unmarked when running a  report via the Queue module. (The checkbox is marked before running the report).


I am sure all organizations who are hosted by Blackbaud and use Crystal reports are experiencing the same issues. If anyone found solutions to these problems, please let me know.
