Mixed PC & Mac Tips

We all use Macs in our office but now have a PC user.  Do any of you have some tips & tricks?  I am finding differences (today it was Exporting a report)  I t would be nice to anticipate some of these surprises.

Have you figured this out yet? I have a new job in a mac environment and have already seen issues with transferring exports from Raiser's Edge into a mac format. Do you have any wisdom to impart?

Melanie,  I find it difficult to use the User Administration module on a Mac and I add new users on a PC. How does your Administrator handle this on a Mac?  I use both a Mac and PC for Raiser's Edge and there isn't any marked differences that jump out to me besides the lack of functionality on a Mac when adding a new user (right click to add new users doesn't exist).  Thanks, Annette

I moved from a PC to a Mac several years ago. Haven't found many differences at all when using RE. Because I was so used to using right-click on a PC I set my Mac mouse up to recognize the right-click and so adding a new user in User Administration has not been a problem.

What I am having an issue with at the moment is Raiser's Edge exporting to the PC version of Excel and then transferring that to the Mac version and using that. Is there anything I should be aware of in terms of loss of formatting, changes?
