Problem with Email Hierarchy?

Hi, community -


Are any users having trouble setting and "OK"ing the email hierarchy and then deploying an email blast that does not correspond to the hierarchy, and when you go to check it, it is no longer set the way you had "OK" it?


This has happened to us a few times now.

  • No problems here.  However we did have issues a couple of weeks ago with an email message.  I suspect that a coworker had the message open when I went in at our boss's request and made a few edits.  I saved & closed, and suspect that she saved & closed after me, reverting the message to pre-edits.  I told her about the edits, but she didn't think to do a final check so it went out without (not serious...just minor cosmetic changes).  Could it be that you're experiencing something similar?  I would try setting the Email Mapping when everyone else is out of RE completely.  Then check when you sign in the next day and see what happens.  Hopefully nothing.  If it still doesn't stick, I would definitely open a Support Case with OLX Support.
